Sales Policy

Shipping and Delivery:

Free shipping and delivery are provided.
Please contact us three days in advance to schedule a pickup time and date.
Cairo: Deliveries are made every Monday.
Alexandria and Delta: Deliveries are made every Saturday.
Delivery service is contingent on the building's elevator being suitable for the product's safe transport. The company is not responsible for any issues arising from unsuitable elevators.

Payment Terms:
A 70% deposit is required upon order placement.
The remaining 30% is due at least three days before the scheduled delivery date.

Order Modifications:
Customers may modify their order within five days of the order date.
Modifications after this period are subject to feasibility and may incur additional costs.

Standard Sales Order Cancellations:
Customers may cancel a Standard Sales Order and receive a full refund, without any deductions or penalties, via check (after deducting any applicable collection fees).

Customized Sales Order Cancellations:
Customers may cancel a Customized Sales Order and receive a refund via check, subject to the following deductions (in addition to any applicable collection fees):
10% of the total canceled order value if canceled after 10 days from the order date.
30% of the total canceled order value if canceled after 25 days from the order date.

Missed Delivery Appointments:
If the customer is unable to receive the order on the scheduled date, the remaining balance must be paid, and a new delivery date will be scheduled.
A maximum of one month from the original date is allowed for the rescheduled delivery.

Continued Failure to Receive Order:
If the customer fails to receive the order on the second scheduled date, a fee of 1,000 EGP per month will be charged. The customer will also lose the free shipping benefit.

Unclaimed Orders:
If the customer does not receive the order within two months of the second agreed-upon delivery date, the company reserves the right to dispose of or sell the order. The customer will not be entitled to a refund or the product, provided the customer has been notified of this possibility via written or electronic communication.

Warranty and After-Sales Policy

A 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects is provided.
The invoice serves as the warranty contract.
The warranty does not cover the mechanism.
Free maintenance for manufacturing defects is provided throughout the warranty period.
The company is not responsible for any damage to the product resulting from misuse.
Colors may vary slightly (1% to 5%) due to dye variations.
